Ingredients:4 slices of brown bread
2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup
half tomato
1 onion
1/2 cucumber
1/3 cup of grated cheese
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder
Salt to taste
Veggie tikki (I have used deep's vegetable tikki) Spread tomato ketchup evenly on each bread slice. Layer one slice with sliced cucumbers, sprinkle with chat masala, then add sliced tomatoes, another sprinkle of chat masala, and a slice of pepper jack cheese. Top with red onions, followed by green bell pepper slices and another sprinkle of chat masala, Now add tikki in betwwn two slice of bread and Close the sandwich with the other bread slice, buttered side up. Heat a skillet over low-medium heat, melt a teaspoon of butter, and transfer the sandwich to the skillet. Cover with a lid and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Flip the sandwich again and place a heavy skillet on top to melt the cheese. Once done, slice the sandwich in half or quarters if desired, ensuring a light golden brown exterior.
