Crispy Paneer Bites

  Instructions : Begin by slicing the paneer thinly, aiming for slices approximately 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Then, cut these slices into 1-inch pieces and transfer them to a mixing bowl. In a separate small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of olive oil with turmeric, coriander, cumin, paprika, and salt. Drizzle this aromatic oil mixture over the paneer pieces, ensuring they are thoroughly coated with the spices. It may be necessary to use your hands to massage the spices into the paneer. Heat a skillet with 1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Once heated, add the paneer pieces to the skillet and pan-fry them for approximately 3 to 4 minutes, or until they develop a golden brown color. Flip the pieces over to cook the other side, allowing them to fry for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown. Once cooked, transfer the fried paneer to a plate. For added flavor and presentation, dust the paneer with paprika and sprinkle with finely chopped chives. If desired, add a small p
