Crispy Paneer Bites

  Instructions : Begin by slicing the paneer thinly, aiming for slices approximately 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Then, cut these slices into 1-inch pieces and transfer them to a mixing bowl. In a separate small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of olive oil with turmeric, coriander, cumin, paprika, and salt. Drizzle this aromatic oil mixture over the paneer pieces, ensuring they are thoroughly coated with the spices. It may be necessary to use your hands to massage the spices into the paneer. Heat a skillet with 1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Once heated, add the paneer pieces to the skillet and pan-fry them for approximately 3 to 4 minutes, or until they develop a golden brown color. Flip the pieces over to cook the other side, allowing them to fry for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown. Once cooked, transfer the fried paneer to a plate. Vegetables Fried Rice

Fried Rice is one of my fav so lets make it..... . ... . . Ingredients.... 2 tablespoon ghee or Oil 1 Cup plain boiled Rice 1 chopped onion 1 chopped tomato  Half green pepper half cup green peas (half cooked) 1 grated carrot  half cup mushroom half cup of broccoli and Cauliflower 100 gm Paneer 1 tsp Cumin seeds Salt to taste 1 tbsp. Kashmiri chili  For garnish you can use coriander leaves and to enhance the taste you also can mix 1 tsp lemon juice as well. Steps in Making... Heat oil in a pan. Now add Cumin seeds and chopped Onion, once onion changes the color add tomato and let it cook for 2 mins. Further, add paneer and all the veggies listed above and let them cook for a few mins on high flame so that we can maintain the crisp of veggies. Now add all the spices according to your taste. (you also can add green chilies as well) Now add Cooked rice and mix well cover them for another 2-3 mins.

How to make Cheese grill Sandwich in 5 min?

Ingredients:4 slices of brown bread 2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup half tomato 1 onion 1/2 cucumber 1/3 cup of grated cheese 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder Salt to taste Veggie tikki (I have used deep's vegetable tikki) Spread tomato ketchup evenly on each bread slice. Layer one slice with sliced cucumbers, sprinkle with chat masala, then add sliced tomatoes, another sprinkle of chat masala, and a slice of pepper jack cheese. Top with red onions, followed by green bell pepper slices and another sprinkle of chat masala, Now add tikki in betwwn two slice of bread and Close the sandwich with the other bread slice, buttered side up. Heat a skillet over low-medium heat, melt a teaspoon of butter, and transfer the sandwich to the skillet. Cover with a lid and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Flip the sandwich again and place a heavy skillet on top to melt the cheese. Once done, slice the sandwich in half or quarters if desired, ensuring a light golden brown exterior.
