Instructions : Begin by slicing the paneer thinly, aiming for slices approximately 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Then, cut these slices into 1-inch pieces and transfer them to a mixing bowl. In a separate small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of olive oil with turmeric, coriander, cumin, paprika, and salt. Drizzle this aromatic oil mixture over the paneer pieces, ensuring they are thoroughly coated with the spices. It may be necessary to use your hands to massage the spices into the paneer. Heat a skillet with 1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Once heated, add the paneer pieces to the skillet and pan-fry them for approximately 3 to 4 minutes, or until they develop a golden brown color. Ingredients.... 2 tablespoon ghee or Oil 1 Cup plain boiled Rice 1 chopped onion 1 chopped tomato Half green pepper half cup green peas (half cooked) 1 grated carrot half cup mushroom half cup of broccoli and Cauliflower 100 gm Paneer 1 tsp Cumin seeds Salt to taste 1 tbsp. Kashmiri chili For garnish you can use coriander leaves and to enhance the taste you also can mix 1 tsp lemon juice as well. Steps in Making... Heat oil in a pan. Now add Cumin seeds and chopped Onion, once onion changes the color add tomato and let it cook for 2 mins. Further, add paneer and all the veggies listed above and let them cook for a few mins on high flame so that we can maintain the crisp of veggies. Now add all the spices according to your taste. (you also can add green chilies as well) Now add Cooked rice and mix well cover them for another 2-3 mins.
